HELP! I had PaintshopPro X9 installed just fine with Windows 7 on my computer, but recently I needed a system repair and they installed Windows 10. Now my Disk install gets as far as user agreement and tells me to make sure firewall is off, then says make sure you are connected to the internet. please try again later! I was never not connected to the internet!
