thnx bro i got the link but i hoped to get an advise about the best way to separate screen printing design ,specially if i have halftone in the design cause sometimes i forgot to separate the halftone
and thnx a lot for your replaying
on this website you will find the best tutorial for screen printing and color separations.
btw the color separation should be automatic on most jobs, and the halftone is relative to the screen frequency (lines per inch) of the printer
thnx mr ariel for your concern i really appreciate that
i know about frequency and i have a question about that
i separate cmyk design on photoshop and i make the frequency 45 for silk 90 dbi and i wanna make sure that the frequency right or not and what i have to put for silk 120 dbi and what is the better program for cmyk (corelDraw or photoshop)and thnx a lot and i hope that i can help you in anything
Both programs are good. Photoshop works with bitmaps, and CorelDRAW works with both vectors and bitmaps, but the result should be the same (if you use the same settings and the same color profiles).
I suggest you to send your questions about screen printing to Tom Knight, from www.advancedtshirts.com who could provide you more infomation and options.
