I'm running Mac OS 11.2.3 Big Sur. Just purchased the academic version of corel graphics suite 2021 for my Mac. It installs and will load the welcome screen but thats it. When I try to start a new page or open an existing file, I get nothing but a spinning wheel. I can shut it down and try again but then I only get the error window saying the language registration list is invalid.
I have uninstalled it mulitple times and reinstalled it trying to fix the issue to no avail.
I know they had an issue with this back 10 or so years ago and have looked through the files to try and find the proper file butits quite a bit different on a mac than what was descriped in the resolution for windows.

That was my first step in solving the issue. I chatted and called. Both options landed me with customer service and was told someone from the tech department would call or email me back. I've heard nothing from them as of yet. Thank you for your response!
