Problem wiith CorelDraw SE 2018

I've been trying to save, import and explore a file from CorelDRAW SE program (2018 version), but there was no response from it and I can't help myself. Does anyone knows a solution for this situation? 

P.S. It is a full, original version of this program from the CD and I can't download a more updated version of it.
