I'm not sure where to find help for this issue. I don't have time for this, I have a lot of work to do. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I was so excited to see that a MAC Version of CorelDraw is available and everything was fine for about a week until my Catalina update. My internet is working fine BTW. Thanks for the help.
I just tried connecting to the Corel Cloud server, with DRAW 2019 on my MacOS Catalina. No problem, my drawings are there and I can upload/download my CGS documents.
I updated my MacOS just a couple days ago, while my CGS installation has been on my system for months.
Try a reset of CorelDRAW, by holding down the space bar while starting DRAW and when the dialog appears, asking if you wish to reset to factory defaults, answer YES.
Firewall?
We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating. It appears this issue only occurs with the CorelDRAW 2019 Store Edition for Mac.
At this time, there are no further updates.

No response to space bar reset.
Added application to firewall approval list... no response. Turned firewall off temporarily and booted the program to no avail.
