hey , i am new to corel draw and i am having a hard time to make a outline of a unique type i am sharing image can anyone tell how to make this plz?

see , i am attaching an image to show what i need to do , and it would be   a gr8 help if u can tell me how to create that red line outline i have created the text but not able to create that outline , i tried pen tool but that was too tough and looks unclean...
