I have an issues with slow response to tools in PhotoPaint, especially the erase tool...very "laggy."
I have Win 10 installed in a partition on my 5K iMac, so I wouldn't think this is a hardware issue.
Any suggestions on to remedy this?

There is a known issue due to Windows 10 and the latest updates and AMD video. It is also worse if the Video memory is shared with main board memory.
Unlike the PC, the Machintosh model cleans up its' messes, automatically. You may have to reset the system and manually clean up the drive.
Funny I never have to do that (clean up the drives) on my PC's I do have a Toshiba Laptop that requires me to disconnect all power and do a hard boo after some Windows updates though. All 7 of my custom built PC's run like rockets and have so few issues I can't remember them. I will say those who buy store brand PC's are getting pot luck,but that goes for MAC's too.

I have 1 PC desktop, and a Notebook
with Windows 10. I have a Flip-Phone w/text and talk and a Lumia desktop smartphone, and it all works with Hughes Net WiFi and T-Mobile Cellular and SIM.
