How to make this file automatically deleted when you exit every add-on in Corel Draw

It required that the file is automatically deleted is

=========
The path of the file in the Windows registry is
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Corel\CorelDRAW\19.0\PHOTO-PAINT\Application Preferences\PluginData
