I keep getting this pop up after having paid my money on the upgrade. Each time I shut down I get it. I am signed in by the way.

Hi Grant,
Have you tried clicking the "already purchased" button. If not, please do so and enter your serial number. This should hopefully solve your issue. However, I'd be happy to help if that doesn't work
