Draw slower after reset

Due to the disappearance of the color palette bar and no way to get it back, I used the F8 key process to reset CorelDRAW.

Now it is slower than it was before resetting.

Any particular reason for that?

How can I fix it? TIA.

Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) 19041.572
Any more info needed?
