Can I lend my unused CorelDRAW 2017 Suite to a Friend?

Hey List!

I upgraded my CorelDRAW 2017 Suite to 2019 and uninstalled it.  A friend whose a Illustrator user became interested in CorelDRAW because of me.  Is it ok for him to use it as I'm not using it anymore?
