These commands are highlighted in Dark Grey color and after clicking on them no response is found. Only breif blinking is seen. Ofcourse, there is no problem in installation as MOST OF THE commands are like this .Other image editing commands work properly! Why cannot i save an image, when i m opening JPEG image to edit.

Check if your image is a 48 bit image, JPG only supports 24 bit and PP will not let you save anything other then TIFF or CPT files.
i have the same problem using coreldraw x4. it used to be working perfectly well. i don't remember changing any settings. i can't even copy and paste basic shapes and text.
Please tell how you go about doing what you like to do, and also, let us know information on your file.Under Document properties you have information about your image, which you probably know.To try to help out its good to know more exactly.No offence, only saying cant save and copy isnt enough information.
If you dont like, or can give more detailed info, then try this: Start by having Photo-Paint closed down. On the keyboard hold down the F8 key, , now start Photo-Paint, and click OK /yes on Factory default pop-up window. That would re-fit everything.
Me too... im also experiencing this lately with my Corel. I cannot SAVE, EXPORT, SAVE AS... etc. Everytime i open Corel, most of the commands under FILE section are grey-highlighted, of course including that is the SAVE command.
For example, im through with touching up the image so i have to save it, i will click the SAVE command but the screen will just blink for a while and nothing happens. Before, im having no problems like this with my Corel, this problem just all of a sudden happened.
I've already followed your advices and i've also tried to uninstall and reinstall Corel in my laptop but still nothing changes. Please help me. Im going crazy finding solution for this.
