Changing a pencil drawing into a vectorized file

I need to find out how to change a jpg file into a clean vector file that can be used in my laser cutter.

    First of all, edit your bitmap preserving only what matters. Once done, import it to CorelDRAW and go to:

    BITMAP > OUTLINE TRACE (Try option Logo or Detailed Logo).

    PowerTRACE open automatically. Make adjustments to get best results (see in Preview).

    Back to CorelDRAW, your bitmap is now vector. Edit it as vector if necessary.
