software issue

i am using corel draw x8 license version 
right now i am facing like first of all i am using version 18.00 afterwords i have installed 20.00 there is a problem of vieweing file .
i last version file is viewed as photo view and now in new version it is viewed as corel icon . so i want support for this issue.
pls do needfull asap.

    First of all, it is very important to know that you are using on which computer or which Operating System. Actually, I was also facing the same problem with the Corel Draw x8 license version on my MAC computer. So I asked Apple iPhone Support and they solved my issues regarding the software. So it is better to contact the support team of the OS on which you are using the Corel Draw.
