I have CorelDRAW Essentials 4. When opening a CDR file passing 1000KB it fails or it enters to Bidmaps where it is not possible to work on it.

I have CorelDRAW Essentials 4. When opening a CDR file passing 1000KB it fails or it enters to Bidmaps where it is not possible to work on it.

    Thanks for the answer.
    The present state is that all cdr-files bigger than aprox. 1000KB don’t open. I get an empty page.
    With small files I have no problems. Very strange.

    Is it all CDR files, or just one?
    Have you tried the usual trouble-shooting sequence - repair; reinstall,start with F8?
