Is there a reason that sometimes I can import pdfs and its fine, but others will not import, displaying "File is Corrupted". I can still open and edit those same "corrupted" files in Adobe Acrobat just fine, but they won't come into Corel. Is there another way to get those pdf files to open in Corel?
If you open the files using the .ai filter instead of .pdf you have more chances of success. Another trick is to save as EPS or PS from Acrobat or even re-outputing as pdf changinf the compatibility to 1.3. (I'm assumig that you have the full Acrobat program not just the reader)

Lovely trick.... I had some pdf files that were originally done in adobe pagemaker.. when I import the pdf file it gets all confused..text are all over the place... Saving as eps solved everything.... Thanks
All other pdf files imports fine as an eps...but I have problems with one... here's the link to the document http://hiv.gov.gy/ads/stigma_sm.pdf The problem happens when I try to import page 2.
Maybe its a fault with Acrobat save as eps function???
