Windows 10 start menu doesn't work while CorelX4 installed

Hello forum members,

I've managed to install Corel X4 on Windows 10. But a problem occured after the installation - I can't fully use my windows toolbar.

1. None of the programs on the bar react while clicking right mouse button.
2. Start menu doesn't show while clicking on windows logo.

Can anyone help ?
