I would like to exclude a page from navigation. The Problem is...the exclude from navigation text and the box to check are not on the page properties box like the one pictured here.
My page properties box looks similar to this one. It doesn't have the four folder looking things at the top like this one does. It has 3 (Page, View & Actions). and it also doesn't have the master border box.
It does have the following
Page name
Page title
Custom names
Page type
Page Status (done & don't publish)
Comments
Anyone have any idea why it is missing and how to remedy this problem? Thanks for any input.

In my case I see all 4 tabs.
My view of this panel is under : Site .... structure
and the panel is on the side.
