... that Corel monitor this site so diligently and leaps in quickly with answers to keep their customers happy and successful...! That's like.... sarcasm...!
I bought Website Creator, and I guess they've given up on it. The price has been reduced, and halved -- reference to this part of the forums has been removed from the forum list at the front.
I wonder if I can transfer my work to another program?
This is a forum, and while owned by corel, they rely on other users, just like many major programs.
Did you contact customer support about your dithered box problem?

No. You have to pay Corel for support and I refuse to do that, which of course, is what they’re counting on.
With all the other photo/design/drawing/cad programs that I’ve purchased, there has either been free support from the company, or thriving forums full of users, willing and able to help each other out with any and every question. Website Creator has so few users, this Corel WSC forum is a pretty lonely place, and I've not been able to find another...
Hello steve; I didn't know Corel Draw had a Website Creator. ( You don't here a lot of talk about computers or programs in the bars I hang out in. ) But I would think that Corel would suport all of there Up To Date programs, I have had to call them and have never had any problems getting help. I don't think they would be much help if I called them and said I didn't know how to turn the computer on, but if I said I had a problem getting the program to run I would think they would do what ever it took to get me going. I bought a program called Webeasy 8 and when I went to install it I had problems and there is no phone number to call, when I emailed them they emailed me back a AD for a book on the web, I did get it going it just took some reading. What kind of problems are you having?

I have never paid for support on an issue like this. You have to pay to learn how to use the program, not because it isn't working the way it is designed to work. To me this is an installation issue, and those are free last I checked.
I was wrong above. You can drill down thru the layers and send Corel an email with a question. I did so last week re my post about dithered screens (http://community.coreldraw.com/forums/p/31076/146751.aspx#146751). They answered a few days later, saying they didn't know why and suggesting I reinstall the program. Tried that -- no change. There were some other excellent suggestions in the other post -- working at them, trying to find a solution.
