I'm not sure if it is a plugin or some other application but I remember several years ago I had a program that ran in the docker that would allow me to pick a color outside of corel using an eye dropper tool and would let me paste it into my corel document. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
As Foster Said use the one built into CD X5.
Select the object you want to colour and press Ctrl + Shift + e and select a colour anywhere on the screen.
