Photopaint scanning Problem

After happily scanning a few images I now get this message when hitting the scan button:

The application could not inquire about the palette of the image from the Twain driver. Image acquiring aborted.

---------------------------

I have a feeling it may be something like the temp files needing to be deleted, but I'm not sure where. Any suggestions?

  • Hello emtx; To find your temp files go to the Windows "Start Menu" and in the "Search" box type in %temp% and Windows will find them for you, delete all the ".temp" files you have there. ( Windows will not let you delete any that are in use.
     You can also save your work and close Corel and reopen it and that will let you scan again until you use up your resources again.
