Windows 10 and Menu bar

I have just updated to Windows 10. Everything appears to be fine with CorelDraw except that the menu bar  (File/Edit/View etc) has disappeared.

Everything is still there, but the text is the same colour as the background, so it only appears when the cursor is over it and it gets a blue background for the item.

This makes using the program very awkward.

Can anything be done?

  • Hi this is simple to fix, just do the following:

    1. go to tools > options > customization > Command Bars , create a new bar and call it win 10,
    2. click on commands, then drag all the commands from the old bar to the new one and uncheck the old bar in the list of command bars.
    3. go to work spaces and create a new work space called win 10 hit ok to close the customization window.
    4. click tools and save settings as default.

    your done.

you can also do this for paint.

any problems just let me know.
