My parents run CorelDRAW at work, connected to a laser cutter. Today Windows did a bunch of updates (Windows 7), and we can no longer get past the splash screen. Also when trying to open a file. I have tried rolling back windows, uninstalling updates, updating CorelDRAW to latest version, and also running it as Administrator. No luck.

I can't remember the specs of the computer, but I know they are decent, and it was built with running CorelDRAW in mind, along with the laser.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I can't find any other solutions online, and they need this for their business.
