Menu Bar in Corel Draw X5 cannot be seen

I just installed Corel Draw X5 on a new computer and the Menu bar does not show the sub menus (File, etc.). They appear in a gray colour as i mouse across the bar. On my old computer, this bar was black with white text.

Is there a setting somewhere so I can turn the bar back to black with white letters?
