Having problems with Sign tool 4

Hi

I have installed sign tools 4 but having problems when cutting. If followed the settings they recommend but when I go to cut my cutter tries to go over the width of the vinyl even though I have set to 598mm for a 610 roll . Any help where I'm going wrong..
