We are making a booklet for our company and it's time to print. The renders we have are RGB and the printer is CMYK is there anyway to change them so we get the colours right or do we have to re-render the picture with the right colour format?

First assuming thatyou're using a CMYK profile for the proper output, Corel and Adobe's default is web coated, just select the image and under the bitmap menu select mode to cmyk.
Depending on what type of work you do you may want different CMYK ICC profile www.graphictechnology.com has a color management book for X5.
Just select an image, go to Bitmap, then select Mode, Click on CMYK Mode. Done ....
