I am trying to find the swashes from the headline below. The rest of the text is Venetian 301, but I can't find a swash font for it anywhere. Has anyone seen this before?
I have done a bit of searching and asking some graphic friends of mine and no one has seen anything like this although the & is very similar to "Monotype Corsiva". I think that someone may has just done some modifying of their own on the Venetian font -- how curious too, just used that font for the first time on an order thsi morning.
Try Bitstream Cataneo. It should've come with CorelDraw -- all the swashes, too!
Hi Cindy,
The swashes may be an OpenType feature of the font. Unfortunately at the moment CGS does not support OpenType swashes, the only solution, as suggested, is to use fonts that have "pre-built" swashes in their glyphs. And Venetian 301 font, at least the variants that I have tried, do not have swashes even in OpenType tables, this might be something else.

That was my thought, too, but not quite right.
I meant the Cataneo solution above.
