Hello,
I want to create a node on the intersection of two curves (eg bezier curves). Of course I can zoom in and try to be as near as possible, but it won't be exactly. Is it possible to exactly find the intersection?
Thanks
TMPE
alt+z is snap to objects. Double click an area as close to the intersection as possible with your node tool. Then drag it until it says intersection then let go.
Object are snapping to the intersection. But I do not know how to create a node on the curve, at that point where it intersects with another curve. Of course I can create a node near that intersection and move it to the intersection, but it will alter the shape of the original curve.
I am sorry, maybe I did not describe the problem correctly. Here's how it was meant: create a bezier line 1, then creat a bezier line 2 that intersects line 1. Now I want to place a node on line 1, exactly at the intersection point, without changing the shape of line 1.
Hello TMPE; The line you are trying to put the node on should be moved to the front.
George
Doesn't make any difference if it is in front or in the background. The node does not snap to the intersection.
