I still using X5 as at present it suits my needs. The one issue I do have is that when i do web banner (any size) if there is a solid background the text becomes slightly blurry. How do i keep it crisp when put onto the web site as it looks fine in Corel Draw and even looks fine when i re-open the PNG file. To see what i am talking about have a look at the site www.chitterchatter.co.uk.
You can mainly see it on the red iPhone banner, the iPhone logo is blurred.

Yes, that's bad... but you're doing the right thing by asking about why.
The jpeg compression is too high. Black should be black too.
choose 4:4:4 subformat.
Plus.. some images could be paletted and will be sharper, clearer and smaller file size due to the run length encoding used in GIF/PNG paletted schemes.
if you upload your CDR of some images we can show you how to get better results.
I've been able to export from Draw directly with good success, I'd like to try for you and then show you results and settings to get there.
Also make sure no images are being scaled with HTML later, they should almost always present 1:1.
Keep getting an errror message when i try to upload it here. The issue only happens when i have text on a coloured background. If I have it on white it appears fine.

Good news I am now using Corel Draw X8, does the above still apply? It could be me being really thick and I appreciate your patience. When i export to web, change to JPEG I can see the 4:4:4 subformat but not see the rest.
yes all parameters still apply, choose RGB to be sure also for color model.
There may be little arrows to press to show more export settings. I wish CorelDRAW would show these at all times, so that users can see them. Then users should learn why they matter.
When i export all I get for options are the attached
Try quality 90, blur zero. I've never seen blur be a good thing for exported jpegs.
