Dear Community,
How do I distribute the the elements in the picture - a number and a text - so that the three pink spaces are all equal in height? Is there a built-in command to do so or a procedure simpler than manually calculating the needed height and repositioning the elements?Im using CorelDRAW X5.
Thanks!
One approach would be to draw two horizontal lines to use as references for the upper and lower extents. Select the text objects and those two lines, then Distribute vertically by "space between".

If you need rectangles there, then use snaps, dynamic guides, alignment, etc. to adjust the rectangles to match the text and the horizontal reference lines.
When finished, delete the reference lines - or keep them on a different layer to control visibility / printability.
Might have a look at a macro.
Draw a rectangle around the area you'd like the distribution to be. In the image above would be the from the top of the uppermost pink down to the bottommost pink. Holding the shift key - select the number, the text, then lastly the rectangle. Run the "DistributeWithinVertical" macro
