I have 5 layers on my cdr file and i want to get each layer properties,like size,coordinates,text etc please help here.

A layer doesn't hold these values. A layer by itself has no size text, coordinates etc. The shapes on that layer do though. Not sure what you're after. Perhaps you mean here. Hit the drop down and choose All pages, layers, and objects
The Object Manager (on X5 under Tools menu) provide all the information about layers. btw as Myron said, there's not such thing as Layer size or coordinates, since each layer has the same size than the entire document, even if it was empty
