How can I make an object similar to a sunbeam or sunray? In other words: I have a vertical line and want to duplicate this line serveral times at a certain angle around the bottom.
Look at the Rotate tab on the Transformation docker, creating multiple copies.
You can move the rotation center for the object before using this.
