I have install a HP Laserjet 1020 & 1015 printers that connects to USB under windows XP. In our printed output we need graphics to be printed in 300 dpi. but only two options (600 dpi & 1200 dpi.) are available. How to solve this ???
Are you using a driver provided by M$, or by HP? On the HP driver, 600x600 DPI is going to be "best" or "normal", and 600x300 or 300x300 will be "draft". But for customize the settings of your printer for 300 dpi check Hp LaserJet 1020 Manual. This might work if not then approach HP support community.
