Newbie question, just signed up for CorelDraw Community. How do I replace the text in a X6 document that has multiple text fields on one page with text from a excel file. Currently all fields, 36 in my case have the same text in them, and I use the find and replace text tool, FIND the text, type in the new text in the REPLACE WITH box, click replace, type in the next text to be replaced, click replace and so on. I would like to make this an automated process as the replacement text comes from an excel file, and in my case the text is in individual cells all in one excel column.

Each time I try Coreldraw will replace the first text and place it on page 1 (page 1 being my page with 36 text fields on one page) and make 35 additional pages each with a different text from the list. Perhaps there is a way to do this with print merge but so far I am unable to figure it out.
If you have 36 independent text fields on one page, then I think that the 36 pieces of text used to populate those fields would need to need to be in one row (not column) of your data source.
Each additional row (of 36 columns) in that data source would populate the fields for a different page in the print merge.
You may already know this well, but just to be clear, a print merge field can be used multiple times in a page. Some examples of print merge don't make that clear. This:
becomes this:
The same print merge field can also be used on more than one page of a multi-page document.
