Hi.
I have a problem with a file, jpg cmyk. Left side of the document is brighter. when I move the jpg from left to right is normal
Same thing is happen in X6 and X8
when I put them in opposed directions seems ok
I think, these are features of the backlight of your monitor.
I don't think so. These are present in the exported pdf too
You see the exported file on the same monitor?
2 PC. Mine and one connected to the CTP (computer-to-plate) machine. The plates looks the same
Are you imposing files manually, right? what's happens if you use the imposition features on the Print Preview?
More important than how do you see it... if you use the eyedropper can measure if it's the same values or not?
Maybe a file test could help for investigate...
Yes. manually. I can't use the imposition from print preview cause I need to use the template for the plates.
This is not happen all the time so maybe is just about the file sent by the client, but still is weird.
This is happen when left and right file are on the same direction (1st capture). I tried now to change the direction...same thing but now right side is brighter. It looks like the edges of the document are brighter for this jpg file. Who knows how the client made it. I tried other jpg and it's ok.
The cmyk is the same on both sides.
I just wondering what can be the cause for this jpg error and why if I put them in opposed directions (capture 2) looks ok.
