Canon CanoScan Lide 400 Scaneer not properly working in CDGS X6 (32)

I replaced a new scanner Canon CanoScan Lide 400  instead of CanoScan Lide  110
I am facing a Issue of scanning utility (Twain) ..Canon CanoScan Lide Scanner 400 not properly working in CDGS X6 (32 bit)…
Its working fine through WiA system...even It works perfectly in Adobe PS 7 & Photoshop Elements with twain utility...
I have CDGS 2018 (64) & CDGS 2019 (64) (though Corel Corp. gave Twain utility in 2019 it couldn't work)  too,
but it Scans only through WIA not through twain utility.
Problem is follows
Acquire Image >>Select Twain Source>> Acquire>>Scanner Interface Scangear Opens>>Preview Show perfectly>>
Later selecting Scanner>>It process for scanning>> scan bar shows process but it couldn't complete>>.only shows process bar reach at end point....autoclose of Scanning utility mot works...
even if we wish to close close the utility it dose not work...we have to stop the process only by task manage>> end process..
