Don't they understand anything about customer service? I had a problem this weekend with coreldraw 2018 and finally got a canned response on Monday. None of the fixes worked. I then called CorelDraw Customer non-service. They said they would have someone contact me in a day! A Day. It is not like I called in the middle of the night. I called at 11am!
Now I am waiting and falling behind schedule.

I am prepared to move over to Adobe if I have to. Don't want to but I may have no choice. Corel does not seem to care about their customers.
