Hi,i have 2 pc with coreldraw X6. On both PCs I can no longer log in via software menu help.
Can someone try if it works with you please? Because corel support says the problem is on our side.
Now logging in isn't really important but I have to install X6 on a new PC. Because logging in is not possible, it is not possible to install update 1.
At the beginning of January 2020 there was no problem yet

we have the same problem with Corel x6. We did upgrades to Win10 on our PC's, now we have to install some corel updates. Evertime i put in our account information at the log in screen, nothing happens. do you have any solution yet?

No. Corel support can't help me, Corel says the problem is with us.I have had to buy 3 new licenses for corel 2019!
I've made it! In our case it was just the antivirus program, which blocked the screen. At the moment it was turned off, everything worked. And after turning it on again, it still worked. Maybe this is your problem too, and i hope if it works, you can give back the new buyed corel licenses. Good Luck!
