Corel central identity provider gives no response

I recently installed CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X6 from CD on a new laptop, and re-registered the product on Corel.com.  When I try to install X6 update 1 it gets to the Corel Central Identity Provider and goes no further.  I enter my logon email address and password and get no response.  None of the links on that screen work.  Any suggestions for getting past that?  I want to install updates 1, 4 and 4_HF1.
