Have just installed my X6 Home and Student on Win 10 after my beloved Win8 box died. The top menu bar is greyed out, have to cursor to it and it shows. A lot of discussion over past years, maybe something new on this? Advice is to go to Customisation but this version doesn't have it. Suggested to get upgrade patches to x6, but seems they're not available to Home and Student.
Is there anything else I can do to get that menu back? I do a lot of community work, can't afford to upgrade to latest.
My only recourse at this point is to literally cut and paste. Put stickers on the screen at the relevant points in the greyed menu.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Is it possible to Import Workspace Layout form a file in your version? Its in the Tools -> Settings and then in the first tab.
