Can't see any text in you post, are you using Internet Explorer 9?Try Firefox or Chrome, or downgrade to IE8.
lol, i suppose so. Although I normally use ff on this win machine the corel software launches ie so I presumed it would actually work with the corel web site! But whatever, i'll try my post again.
Hello,Ever since I updated x6 (16.1.0.843) in September I cannot type text in CorelDRAW. Photopaint works without issue.When use the text tool and type any text with any selected font I immediately receive an error:Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime LibraryRuntime Error!This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the applications support team for more information.As instructed I contacted Corel Support and the tech person suggested I add/remove and use repair option, which I did. After reboot I continue to receive the error.Anybody have suggestions or hints? I appreciate your help.Win 7 64-bit with CorelDRAW X6.1 64-bit

from what i understand '0xc0020001' means unhandled exception. Not sure what the exception is. It 'feels like' maybe related to spell check? I'll see if there is an option to disable it and see if that works.

What language is the text your are typing?
Have you tried starting with F8 down?
