Relatively new to CorelDraw, so please forgive us for the potentially simple question (and hopefully simple solution!). There are many AutoCAD .pat files we would like to use as hatch patterns in CorelDraw (X6), but we can't figure out how to use them. We have attempted to import (we get an I/O error), simply open them (again, I/O error), and I have no idea how to add them to our library. Help please! [:S]

I wouldn't expect CorelDRAW to understand the syntax of AutoCAD .pat files.
CorelDRAW has pretty good capabilities for creating vector pattern fills, though, based on a "repeating unit" or "tile" defined by the user.
