Why when I import a PDF to Corel Draw X6 I get "font substitution for missing fonts", the I allow the temporary or permanent font substitution and then "The file is corrupted"? Even when I use a font that is available?
I'm not sure what that means.
The files open correctly in Acrobat (and they used to open with CorelDraw until a month ago). I tried F8.
If creating the pdf from corel it's in the dialogue as seen below but other programs are similar too.
Hello djh: X6 Doesn't embed Fonts....... X4, X5, X7 can embed fonts.....See below.

George, you're talking about a different feature: to embedd fonts on the CorelDRAW document. But on this post we're talking about to embedd fonts when Publish as PDF. and CorelDRAw X6 embed fonts on the PDF files, same as previous and newest versions of CorelDRAW. Moreover, even if you didn't has the option for embed fonts on the document enabled you can embed the fonts when publish or export as PDF
