BASIC help needed

Hi, Im attempting to draw up my own model aircraft wing ribs and have them laser cut and have got to a reasonable stage...

HOWEVER.. .Im being told by the company who do the laser cutting that I should be drawing the wing rib outline in one piece and apparently with one node only?

Im completely lost as to how I do this particularly as he only has 1 node in his outline and the best I can do is 3 nodes

any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.

  • I do a lot of cutting with my laser and I can confirm that it definitely can be more than one node. The important thing is to have one continuous lines, and you don't want a bunch of node closes to each other or stacked on top of each other, so you just need to reduce the number as best you can without losing your shape.
