I am having a bit of an issue with an OTF font. I have 2 versions of this font, one TTF and one OTF. The OTF has different symbols in it for the various things like ampersand.
The TTF will give you "&" , the OTF will give you "and"
The TTF is showing up in CorelDraw, but the OTF is not. I noticed this when I opened an old file that I had used the "&" symbol in and it opened it with the "and" one. After further investigation both fonts are listed in Windows Word and I can use either ampersand there. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting the fonts from the FONTS folder, re-extracting the fonts from my original order ZIP, using FontNav. Nothing seems to work to get this font to show in CorelDraw.
FontNAV they show up as installed, but they do not show up as a choice in Corel, just the ttf one.
I have other OTF's installed that seem to work fine.
I am hoping that maybe you have a suggestion for me, and I appreciate it.
The OTF is not showing up in Corel anymore though. Only the TTF. How do I look at changing those features you suggest? The file/font names are slightly different.
Again they do show up in Microsoft Word, Adobe Illustrator, etc just fine. It is only with the Corel products that they do not
