While running coreldraw x7 we are getting this error. kindly guide how can this be sorted out. kindly find attached the screenshot of the error.
Try rebooting first, and if that does not help, a repair install of X7 -- which you can do by right clicking the X7 entry in control panel > programs and features.
We tried that but still getting the error
Good day,
Have any one found a fix for this? Desperately needing help please. I run windows 7 on bootcamp and corelX7 runs perfect on my old mac.On my new mac it just wont open "unable to load VGcore.dll" I even used winclone to clone my old mac to the new one and it STILL says the same error on a cloned version that works?? Corel's website is not helping either, cannot find a way to contact the techical team.
HELP!!!??

This is difficult to troubleshoot. Perhaps the dll file is not registering in the registry for some reason. Are you using an antivirus program? Did you buy this program from corel.com? could you successfully install X7 on a PC and see if the problem is still there...then copy the dll file and replace the one on the mac. maybe, there may even be a problem with file access permissions. give it a go.
I downloaded Corel from their website and running Antivirus. I copied the corel folder on my 'old' mac and replaced it with the new mac and no luck.. this is this is so frustrating?
as Harry already asked:
Has X7 ever worked on this machine??
Nope! Brand new imac, Corel just wont instal on bootcamp.
Correction.. it installed, but wont open because of the VGCore issue..
Okay. I'll be right over. Let me figure out how to get there so, hang tight.
I just need to get my hands on your computer so I can run through the trials and errors much faster and efficiently.
Imagine! Busy installing Windows 8 to see if it is a Windows 7 issue.. will supply feedback.
Be proactive.

When you get ready to install X7, disable both, your firewall and your anti-virus.
I suspect that having your AV enabled during your earlier attempt to install the CGS may have caused the dll to be glomped. (Technico-Babel expression for 'messed it up'.)
