Corel X8 Sign In Error: Subscription ID Invalid

Unfortunately not. I purchased the subscription for Corel X8 back on May 21st and have never been able to use it because of this problem. I have tried several times to contact Corel Support but the only response I get is someone will contact me shortly and that hasn't happened. I am prepared to ring Corel direct but calls are directed to the website. It is extremely frustrating and I would appreciate any assistance anyone can give me.
