Hi guy's, I am in the process of recording macros to speed up my work flow.
I have run into some issues with at first run time error 91 and then I read a tutorial here and now I am getting something else entirely.
What I am attempting to do is is powerclip images into a powerc clip frame but when I finish the recording and then check it and run it, it comes up with the error message.
I have looked at the debugging tool and when I remove the code it no longer does the power clip when I run the macro again.
This also happens when creating a bitmap while recording a macro.
I have coreldraw x7 and are running windows 10 on a 64 bit.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
This is what I use. Just select what you want powerclipped then shift select the container then hit an icon on my workspace to run the macro
Sub PowerClipShape()
Dim sr As ShapeRange Set sr = ActiveSelectionRange If ActiveDocument Is Nothing Then Exit Subsr.Shapes.AllExcluding(1).AddToPowerClip sr.Shapes(1), cdrFalse sr(2).RemoveFromSelection
End Sub
Hey thanx Myron for that, just one more thing, me being a noob to code is where and how do i put this snippet you have given me?
Cheers mate.
Open the Macro Manager docker
Right click on Visual basic for Applications and choose New Macro Project and name It PowerClipShape (no spaces) hit save
Right click on that and choose New Module
Right Click on Module1 and choose New Macro
Copy and paste the code in place of the
Macro1()
Works a treat, thanx mate.
