I want to move the No transparency, but it is not moving and duplicating.

It seems that you're trying to edit the secondary mouse button while select objects... it's supposed that you should go to Tools / options / customization, then edit the secondary mouse button, adding, removing or editing items
In my experience, some of the Context menus cannot be reliably edited using CorelDRAW's drag-and-drop workspace customization.
I agree with Ariel that it is in general more convenient to perform this sort of customization from within the Tools>Options>Workspace>Customization>Commands environment with the Context Menu Bar visible. As it happens, though, that does not get rid of all of the drag-and-drop problems.
Aside from problems with the drag-and-drop behavior, some things that you might imagine doing in the way of customizing these menus simply cannot be done. The CorelDRAW workspace customization is powerful, but not all-powerful!
