If you draw a regular hexagon in the orientation that you show, then the overall width will be twice the length of one side of the hexagon.
Scale it proportionately to a width of 50 mm, and the sides will be 25 mm.

when i change size before rotate , and after rotate it to horizontally it will be change the size , why was that , that always happens, what is the reson for that Thank you
